The Pumpkin Patch

We recovered from Swine Flu! We had to get out of the house so we went to the pumpkin patch. Rex loved it (of course) because it was outside.

Emily said...: Leslie - Swine flu sucked for me (I wasn't a candidate for Tamiflu). Rex and Josh were able to get it and it helped a ton. It was a little scary, Rex got a really high fever and couldn't keep any tylenol down for a bit. It's hard on the little ones, but if Sophie gets it just get her on that Rx as soon as possible. My "Operation" is going well. I've lost 11 lbs since Sept. 1st. Pretty exciting!; October 25, 2009 at 8:40 PM

And so sorry about the swine flu. Do you have family around that could help with Rex? Caring for a baby when you're sick is one of the hardest parts of being a Mom (in my opinion). At least it's over with and now you don't have to worry about anyone getting it again - that's probably the only good thing about that!; November 1, 2009 at 1:13 PM
